FAQ

To reserve your wedding date, we require:
•A signed Service Agreement
•A 50% non-refundable retainer of the selected services (minimum of 6 hair and makeup services)
The remaining balance must be paid 30 days before the wedding.
Yes, only in specific cases.
•If your wedding is canceled 6 months or more in advance, up to 50% of the total amount you have paid (excluding the non-refundable retainer) can be refunded.
•If the cancellation happens less than 6 months before the wedding, no refunds apply as the date has been exclusively reserved for you and our team.
Yes — and we highly recommend them.
•Trials are available Monday to Friday and last up to 2 hours.
•They take place in San Miguel de Allende or at your chosen location (travel fees may apply).
Before the trial, we ask for two things:
✓ Inspiration photos for makeup and hair
✓ A video call with you — so we can meet, understand your features, style, and overall vision

Absolutely. We travel throughout Mexico and internationally. Travel fees depend on the destination and may include transportation, flights or mileage, accommodation (usually 1–2 nights), and per diem. All beauty services are performed on-site for your comfort.

All hairstyling rates include styling on clean, dry hair only.
If someone arrives with wet hair and requires a blowout before styling, an additional fee per person will be applied.
A blowout-only service is considered a full hairstyle within the standard hair & makeup combo rate.

Yes — touch-ups are optional add-ons and not included in the bridal rate. We offer two options:
•One-Time Touch-Up Session (e.g., right after the ceremony or before photos)
•Full-Stay / Continuous On-Site Service (charged hourly per stylist)
 
To ensure smooth logistics, a touch-up schedule is coordinated and signed by the bride and the wedding planner.

We work exclusively with luxury brands such as Dior, Charlotte Tilbury, Armani, NARS, YSL, Chanel, Rare Beauty, MAC, and more.
All products are long-lasting, photo-friendly, and suitable for sensitive or mature skin.
If you have allergies or sensitivities, please let us know in advance so we can tailor everything for you.

Yes. Services can be added up to 30 days before the wedding, depending on team availability.
Any last-minute additions on the wedding day will depend on whether a stylist is available and must be paid in full on-site.

•That we schedule a brief video call before the trial or wedding to connect with you, understand your features, personality, style, and expectations
